We respect your right to privacy. Whenever you request a page through your browser, there is a log of some general information about your system such as your IP address, your browser type, operating system, date and time, and the site from which you came. We don’t identify specific individuals, nor do we harvest any of this information to call you or send you information without your consent. Logs are routinely deleted as they age. Cookies may be used for statistical site-traffic analysis, but not in any personally-identifiable way.
If you contact us by telephone, email or fax, we will keep the personal details you give us, such as your name and email address. We will never abuse the privilege of being able to contact you, and we will never sell or give away your personal information to any outside organizations, unless compelled to do so by a court with appropriate jurisdiction (although we cannot imagine why that would happen). If you are a current or past customer, we may use it to send you a newsletter or bulletins about your hardware or software. You will always be able to withdraw your personal details easily by contacting us with a request to remove your information from our database, or to remove you from our newsletter mailing list.
As part of our work, we may have access to your organization’s workstation, device and server logs and may from time to time use that information in the course of legitimate troubleshooting. At no time do we ever collect or use that information for any other purpose. The logs can contain personal information, and be aware that any such information is the property of the organization with whom you are employed, and that information is owned by them and is under their control.
